When doing so, please provide:

• Your child’s name, form and measurements (chest, waist, inside leg etc.)
• Your name, address & telephone number

• Only studs are permitted to be worn in ears – not rings. These must be removed or covered with tape for PE and games
• No other items of jewellery are permitted
• Swimming kit must be in a clearly marked bag which may be carried to the pool
• In snow children should wear waterproof shoes or boots. A second pair of shoes should be provided if they are to play outside in such weather conditions
• It is a condition of entry to the school that all pupils are equipped with the correct school uniform at all times.

ALL ITEMS OF CLOTHING AND ALL POSSESSIONS BROUGHT TO SCHOOL MUST BE CLEARLY NAMED
